I just finished Phase 2 of housing and I opted in for roommate search. I was wondering how I get to see who else opted in and where I can find a roomate through the housing portal. Do I have to wait until March to see other profiles?

Yes in Phase 3 (estimated March), the Roommate Finder will open so students can start looking through potential roommate profiles, reaching out to one another and linking up before Dorm selections open in May.
