How do you get into your house?

Through the front door? Through the garage? Back door?

My family only enters through the garage's door, but I've noticed that most go through the front door. What about you?

We used to go through the garage every time, but my mom converted the garage into an office for herself, so we use the front door exclusively now

My family uses the side door, as the front door opens into the formal foyer and living room that is used for entertaining guests only. The garage opens into the basement, so we rarely use that.

double postt (my computers a spaz)

I almost always enter through the garage at my house and the rare times I’m at my dad’s house, I go through the side door.

We go through the garage if we park our cars in there. If we park in the driveway or I’m walking home from the bus or something, we go through the front.

My maternal grandparents exclusively used their side door, as did everyone who came to their house. They lived in a 50s suburb with only two styles of housing, and everyone with their style used the side door.

My paternal grandparents mostly use what they call the back door. It’s on the side of the house though. The room it’s on is part of an addition, and I don’t know what they used before that.

Through the front door normally. Through the garage if its open. Sometimes through the slider if I’m outside.

At night (12am+) always my window, lol.

Front door.

Actually, we almost always enter through the garage door.

Garage door.

I’d have to walk all the way to the side of my house to get to the front door.

Almost always the back door. The garage is detached from the house, and even when I’m arriving on foot, the back door is closer to school. Generally, the better someone knows us, the more likely they are to show up at the back door.

it depends. if we were in my dad’s car, the front door (he parks on the driveway). if my mom’s car, the garage. never the back door (unless i’m coming home alone and my parents aren’t home, in which case the front door is locked and the garage is shut and i go through the backyard and my mom leaves the back door unlocked)

My garage is detached and in the back yard. We park in the driveway or on the street and go in the front door.

I come out of my toilet.

^ROFL i’d like to see how you do that. i come in the normal way. front door.

I’ve broken into my house twice before after leaving/losing my keys; the security alarm went off and everything and none of the neighbors called the police or seemed to question why a girl was swinging into the living room window.

^lmao

I usually go in the front door, but if I know that my cellar door is open, I’ll go through there

We don’t have a garage and until recently we had a large german shepherd in our backyard, that I wasn’t about to set loose… so we use our front door.

And no one has ever been able to break into our house. (Knock on wood.) We’ve tried to multiple times (like, when I was three, my mom locked us out. It was snowing. My dad was doing his weekend Drill [military]. She tried breaking in. Then she went and got the neighbors to try… and they failed. Miserably. We did have our window shot at once… and it didn’t even break enough for anyone to do anything. =/)

Our front door could be completely walled off and I don’t think anyone would notice for several days. O_O

Mostly the garage since everyone drives.

Car —> Garage —> Garage Door
