How do you know if the admission office received everything?

<p>I applied through paper.
THe only confirmation I ever got was they received my Part I.
However, I sent in my Part II around the same time. Both my teachers said they sent their letters in 2 weeks ago and my guidance counselor sent the transcript in last week. Do they give confirmations or what??</p>

<p>For online, I would assume there would be an online application tracking device or isn’t there one? </p>

<p>How do you guys know if everything gets there or not?</p>

<p>Last year they sent out a letter shortly after the deadline telling you that they had received everything along with instructions for accessing your decision online.</p>
