how do you reject your acceptance

.. i cant seem to find it online lol. i want to tell them im not going to their university so people on the waitlist can get on sooner X_X. im on a waitlist myself and it sucks lol. i seriously cant find it on the website nor the status page :(. someone help! thankss

while this is a very nice sentiment, as a practical matter i doubt schools get to the wait list before may 1 anyway. schools accept many more students than they expect to enroll because they know a lot will choose to go elsewhere. so its not until they see the total number that accept that they know to what extent they will be using the wait list.

for the class entering 2006-2007 binghamton enrolled just over 2300 freshman. Binghamton University Admissions - High School Counselors
to get that, they accepted over 9800 applicants. http://admissions.binghamton.edu/measureofexcellence.pdf

but in any event, if you are sure you are rejecting their offer, you can just probably send them an email or snail mail.
