How do you study for a test?

For me, making mnemonics is the way to go! (It does work though, in a way...for instance, David Livingstone was a "living stone" who went to Africa and went missing for 30 years, but, like a stone, he turned up living. Pretty good, eh? Hahaha!) Quizlet is also great for making flashcards (I assume that's why it's called "Quiz"let).

Share your study methods too? :)
I'll aim to try everyone's study methods (just as long as it doesn't involve swimming across an ocean, raising a million dollars, or breaking a law!) by the end of this school year.

I watch Youtube videos on the topic and/or read the textbook 50 times because unfortunately I can’t memorize anything to save my life…I have to have a level of understanding greater than what the test actually requires in order to do well at all.

Quizlet works wonders for me on tests where I have to memorize things! If it’s a test in a subject like precalculus or chemistry, I usually work as many practice problems as I can.
