How does SAT score choice work?

I think you are confusing score choice with whether a college superscores SATs.

Score choice means when you order official scores sent to colleges by the College Board (the SAT company) you can choose to send the scores from one test and not another. You do not get to choose to send part of the scores from one test and part from another. In other words, you get choose whether you send the first test you took or the second test or both.

Superscoring is what many colleges do when you, in fact, send multiple SAT tests to them. They consider for admission the highest subscores from the combination of the tests, in your case a 600CR, 650M, and 590W.
