How early should I start preparing for the LSAT?

I'm a freshman and I don't want to make the same mistakes I did in high school when applying to college. I want to be prepared and I want to be on the road to HLS or Oxford! (seriously though)

When do you think is a good time to start preparing for it? What are the best methods to prepare? What things can I do to make my applications stand out? What kinds of things should I be doing now in my first year of college?

A few months before, self study with the right books like PowerScore, get a great GPA and LSAT score, and getting As in your classes.

It really is pretty simple.

I’m planning on start studying for the LSAT summer going into Junior year. I have a 3.82 now and hopefully will have close to a 3.9 after this semester. My goal is to get into a t14 law school so there is never too early a time to start studying IMO
