How easy is it to score a 5 with just a Barron's review book and nothing else?

Yes, I would like an answer to this question, too, as I will probably self-study psych next year. please reply!

urgent please answer!!!!! I need to decide whether to take the test by tomorrow!!!

If you read the Barrons you will get a 5. Their multiple choice is almost identical to the exam and the MC is 2/3 of the AP grade.

wow...that's awesome! thanks (despite the fact that i wasn't the one asking the question :)).

And I forgot to mention that the free response is usually just defining vocabulary words--literally.

so the sparknotes powerpack flashcards would come in handy there?

that's awesome, btw. i think i might be able to handle this. how did you do on the exam, Hazhulkhen?

I'm reviewing with the Princeton Review book (I usually buy Barrons, but the Psych one happened to include a CD so it cost like three times as much). How is PR's review compared to Barrons?

Yea, the Barron's book is the best, but don't get spooked out by the practice exam as it is about 2-3 times harder than the real exam.
I got about 70 questions right on the practice exam, then took the released 1999 exam and got 90 questions correct.
Barron's is the best way to go, MAKE SURE YOU KNOW THE VOCAB.

How accurate are the old psych free-response questions on AP central in relation to the current AP psych test?
