I am traveling over 1000 miles, all the way from Mississippi... Anyone else?

about 150 miles from nj… you have me beat lol

Hahaha… that’s funny. I was just wondering if Binghamton has representations from all 50 States… Anyone from CA, Nevada, Hawaii, Alaska, Texas, and other really far way states?

I’m not definitely attending, but I’m going up there next week! 194 miles away, from NYC!
I did hear that people attend from all 50 states, which makes me happy because I do like diversity! :D

If I go, about 175 miles. Right outside of Philly.

202 LONG miles from western Long Island. The drive is a killer (even when stopping halfway for a day at a relative’s house) but it’s well worth it.

170 miles from my home in Central New Jersey.

nervous: advice: take the NJ route On 80 W to 380 to 81N…it will save you alot of aggravation and a decent amount of time…even now, 30 years later…

I’m coming from the opposite side of the world.

Are the majority of people at Bing from Long Island? That’s what I heard…

see – http://www2.binghamton.edu/admissions/pdf/premier-public.pdf
bottom of page one has a breakdown by geographic area (as of August 2009) 20.4% are from long island.

Not sure if I’m going yet, but I’m also from Central NJ. I heard that there were less out-of-staters than internationals but it was like 14 vs 15%

according to document i cited above, there are 14.5% out of state and 10% internationals.

When I went to admitted student day, most of the people were from long island. : ) and so am I haha

LONG ISLAND KIDS ARE EVERYWHERE!

I’m transferring into Binghamton for the Fall 2010 semester, and when I was at UMass Amherst, every single person I met from NY, was from Long Island…I kid you not, EVERY SINGLE PERSON!( I think I met around 20 ppl from NY)

I think that NYC kids love going up to Binghamton, because the environment is so different. I’m not from NYC, but about an hour up north from it.

I’m 190 miles from Binghamton.
