Well, all of the schools I'm applying to are in the states except McGill, and I know I can get into McGill because they don't need SAT scores (Im an international student) and I have pretty good grades too. Anyway, my question is how good is McGill? I mean compared to US colleges, is it like Brown? Tufts? BC? Princeton? I mean I was only thinking of going there if I didnt get into a good school in the US. So can anyone help me on this.
Thanks.

there are too many threads on Mcgill to rehash this. run a keyword search, but "applying" implies you've already made up your mind. shouldn't you have done the research before you picked it as a school to apply to. That said Mcgill is an excellent school. the academics are ivy caliber but the overall school feel is like Michigan or UCLA, do to it's size and the fact that it's public as our all Canadian universities. btw, I believe Mcgill only does not require SAT scores from Canadian applicants so you need to double check.

Yes, I have already decided that I'm going to apply. I love the school. But I was just wondering because just say I get into Mcgill and BC, Frankly, I dont know which school is better so I thought I'd ask other people for their opinion. Yes I did do a search, but I wanted to do my own thread.
And yes I am sure they dont require SATs from international student. They only require TOEFL for foreign students, but they require the SATs for Americans.

For me, it's either NYU Stern or McGill Management. And then University of Michigan. Then Wesleyan/Colgate and on and on and on...all the way down to the overrated UCs. (ABSOLUTE BOTTOM OF LIST)...like I would never go to a UC except for because of the stupid instate tuition.
