<p>There will always be some kids who get into some super college and claim they had no service. Obviously, with today’s fierce competition, it’s a good bet that, somehow, what they did do made sense to those adcoms- not as a string of clubs or that silly word, “passions,” but in terms of their vision (and choices,) commitment and growth. And impact on others. . </p>
<p>I don’t know if OP is a ■■■■■. But he sure sounds young. This emotionalism, from playing with HUGE lions to being ready to just give up, will do him a disservice- now and going forward. </p>
