swaggerer - that’s similar to what i do but i skim the passage REALLY quick before so i dont miss overall tone, like if its sarcastic i won’t answer literally to those detail ones. but those definitely help you answer the bigger questions later.

i find the answers explanations simply ridiculous and some of the time self contradictory. it’s subjective but they expect you to be subjective in the correct way… silly.

is there any way i can get a 5 with all 8-9 essays but a terrible MC score?

MC is usually my best. They are subjective, but they’re also very nuanced. One word will make or break the answer.

I found the AP Lit exam to be very easy and I didn’t study for the exam, got a C first semester, but my school is reknowned for its hard ap classes’, we have like a 98% pass rate on all APs. Then again I am also a strong writer and read all the time. I got a 5, so if you are good at reading and writing, by all means go for it, but if you aren’t, you can do well but it will require more effort from you. AP Lang is the same really, its all about reading, writing, and analyzing skills, so if you are strong in those areas both tests will be a piece of cake for you, if not its for sure possible to do well but you’ll have to really work at it.
