I had visited the the website of CIA and found that they offer scholarships and internships for University students. Now, I want to know the rate of students being accepted for this. It is worthy to mention that I stay in India and know two foreign languages. As CIA says that it prefers candidates who lived in a foreign land and knows its languages, will I get an advantage? I cannot apply for the scholarship now since I am in India. Can I apply it after joining the college?
Thanks in advance.

Are you a U.S. citizen?

According to a thread from a year ago, he is a U.S citizen residing in India for 13 years.

Just a coincident. I saw a banner ad on this site this morning from CIA, Cleveland Institute of Arts. ;)

Good joke, billcsho. But I mean Central Intelligence Agency.

It appears again right beside your post. LOL.

And do not forget Culinary Institute of America. I think they are in high demand and do not need to advertise.

Yes see https://www.cia.gov/careers/student-opportunities/undergraduate-scholarship-program.html

However, it also says:

“Because of safety concerns for the prospective applicant, as well as security and communication issues, the CIA Recruitment Center does not accept applications, nor can we return phone calls, e-mails or other forms of communication, from US citizens living outside of the US.”

The answer to this question is yes!
