How hard is it to go from ibanking to hedge funds?

<p>Well from what I have heard most people applying for positions at hedge funds have PhD's. It is not required that you have a PhD, but since the majority of people going in do have one, it will be much harder to extremly hard to get in without one. Plus I beleive tha majority of the people they recruit come from Ivies or other of the top 20 schools.</p>
