How important is the school i get my undergrad degree from if I plan on going Grad?

I am currently a High School Senior from NC mid way through my application process. I do hope one day to go to graduate school for either MBA, Law, Med, or Physicians Assistant. I am just curious on how much of an impact the name of the school where i get my degree from would play in this process. As a NC student I am applying to UNC as it is my first choice but i would say I am iffy for admissions there. I am also applying to NC State and feel I am a very strong candidate there, but I am still applying to more backups. Those as of right now are UNCC and ECU. This is where my question really starts. If I get into UNC or NC STATE i am going to those without a doubt. But if it comes down to having to go to UNCC or ECU, would it be better or should i say worth it to go to a better school OOS or private that i could gain admissions to and pay the higher cost, that has a better "reputation"?

I think you may want to take a look at the grad schools you want to go to (or think you may be interested in) and see what types of undergrads their students come from.
