How involved can a student be in the admissions process at UChicago?

I noticed that UChicago sends me very attractive mail and emails. For instance, I got a postcard with my name written in pictures, a thick book wrapped in fancy but thin white paper, thought-provoking emails, and I even got a sticker at their “on-the-road” information session. I 'm wondering if the students are involved with these creative marketing ploys, because I saw that many of their unique essay questions are submitted by students. I’m applying to UChicago, and helping the admissions office with creative ideas would be one of the things I would look forward to. Is there a student admissions committee or something at UChicago? Thanks in advance.

All selective colleges have students who work in the Admissions Office.
