I have an acceptance letter from Higher School of Economics Moscow and University of London’s dual degree BSC Economics program with a 100% discount on tuition fees as I represented my country at International Economics Olympiad, has anyone heard about their International Economics and Finance College where they offer this dual degree with the University of London? should I consider accepting the offer?
