Your verbal is a little low, but your quantitative is fine.

Your verbal is little low and you have to bring it to the level of 160 + . Also, your personal bio will also factor in as you apply for Stanford and other colleges -you have to have a holistic approach to your student life apart from the academic front which includes involvement in extracurricular and sport related activities. Apart from that, letters of recommendations from your seniors or supervisors in your previous workplace or educational institution or even from renowned professionals play a huge role in balancing the selection in your favour.
You have to prepare a detailed personal statement that would feature amongst the application documents. This is an important document which introducing yourself and says a lot about your passion for the field of study, goals and your ability to meet them.

Also in order to improve Vocabulary, here are certain tips:

Understand how vocabulary works in context. You should look up for example sentence online.

Use lists of prefixes, roots, suffixes, common mistakes, similar words, etc.

Read articles which are scholarly, dense, and challenging. And remember whenever you encounter words you don’t know, look those words up and try to get a better sense of how they function in context.

Apart from this, their is an alternate way of improving vocabulary through flashcard. Some of the GRE providers are providing vocab flash card on Mobile App. The best part is you can memorize vocab using flashcard on the go. We also offer similar app - Gradestack GRE app which has over 3500+ Vocab flash card, 2000+ test questions with detailed solution.

I will retake GRE again soon. I will give up applying to Stanford ( no chance). What are matched and safety graduate schools for me? My GPA went up to 3.6 , I got 4.0 on second semester in Junior year.
I will apply both MS and PhD programs.
