How likely am I to make it to an Ivy League(any)/Stanford?

I am currently a junior in high school and have been looking at colleges. While I will apply to a couple of reach schools no matter what, I would like to know if my odds of getting in or slim or if I might just have a chance to make it to the Ivies.
Academics:
4.0 unweighted GPA (not sure of weighted), 1 in class (along with 25 others, out of about 180)
AP Biology, AP Language, APUSH, Precalculus Junior Year
Will most likely take AP Human Geography, AP Environmental, AP Literature, AP Calculus, and AP Gov Senior Year
33 on ACT sophomore year (I am taking the test tomorrow again and will hopefully score higher), 208 PSAT (projected commended scholar, small chance of semi-finalist ((I live in Idaho))), 4 on AP Physics B exam sophomore year

Extracurriculars
Cross Country all 3 years (possibly next year as well), Track Freshman and Sophomore year, Ski Team all 3 years (most likely won’t do it next year)
Student Council for 3 years (no special offices, just a representative), will do Speech and Debate next year, French club for 3 years, NHS next year (my school only allows seniors to be inducted), Challenger next year (mentor program for juniors/seniors and freshman), Science Olympiad Sophomore and Junior year (and most likely senior)

Community Service
Became a hospital volunteer a couple of months ago, will continue to volunteer here through senior year
May start tutoring homeless children (through a community service organization at my school known as OATHS) depending on schedule
Sophomore year I was a part of an organization known as Teen Leaders at my local YMCA, put in over 30 hours of general service projects throughout the year
Freshman year I had 20 hours of general service
Summer before my junior year, I was CIT (counselor in training) at a YMCA camp in my area, this summer I will be a full-fledged counselor (volunteer position, at least 2 weeks)

I think this is all I can think of for now. I haven’t been on here for too long, but from what I’ve seen I know this is quite average and not really all that exciting. However, I think that if I can raise my ACT score that may help out a little where my extracurriculars and community service are lacking.

Also, if I was to attend a state school or less prestigious liberal arts school, would I be able to receive a substantial amount of merit based aid, or no?

P.S. I am well aware of acceptance rates for Ivy League schools. My post may have sounded naive, but I promise I’m not. I consider myself to be a realist and the truth (no matter how devastating) will be much appreciated.

Your credentials are good, and as long as your rigor is the highest your school offers that’s fine too.

You sound like an OK ‘ivy’ candidate, but there is nothing to really set you apart - all of your EC’s are standard, and Harvard loves to brag about how many 2400/valedictorians they turn down for being lackluster in the subjectives.

I’d say you can surely apply to a few ivies but I definitely wouldn’t bank at a spot, especially at HYPS.
