<p>You might look at some of the Admitted threads for schools of interest for this year’s students to get an idea of where your son falls. Many students have been/are posting their stats and financial aid offers. They may post an early merit scholarship and later post a grant/ loans so you may have to dig to get the total picture. Many financial aid offers are yet to come in so keep checking.</p>
<p>If you need/want significant aid, be sure to focus on schools where your son’s stats are very high, the top 25% or even 10% as others have posted. He may get in a reach school but not be offered much if anything.</p>
