<p>I'm working on my common app essay (transfer) and I'm coming up on 650 words. I don't know what else I could cut out, am I pushing it? Would like to hear how long everyone else's is.</p>
<p>Colleges really dont want to read anything longer than 500 words. Actually, the shorter the better. Think about it. They have to read thousands of essays, they just want to read it as quick as possible. Be to the point</p>
