I know that only a bachelor's degree is required. However, there are a lot of exams I have to take. How long does it usually take to complete all of these exams? In other words, after graduating from undergrad, how many more years do people typically take before they are a full-fledged actuary (don't have to take any more exams)?

Also, is there a website or something where I can find the complete list of exams? I'm also confused on the different "designations." What is the difference between an associate and fellow? Which makes more money? http://www.soa.org/education/exam-req/edu-asa-req.aspx

Are there specific "prereqs" I have to take in undergrad? Like the Validation by Educational Experience? Are these courses offered at most colleges? Do I actually have to TAKE these courses or can I just learn the material on my own?

In general, I'm just very confused about this profession and how to get there. It seems like there are a LOT of exams... But I also can't seem to find any definite information on the internet.
