The question is self-explanatory. I also need to know what to do if my score reports sent electronically today, Jan. 10, won't get to colleges by Jan. 15. Do they just have to be sent by Jan. 15 or received by that date? If they have to be received by Jan. 15 and won't get there on time, what should I do? Send them again, this time using rush-reporting? Contact the college?

38 views and no answers? does nobody really know? If someone could please just tell me how long score reports take to arive at colleges after you request them, that would be really helpful. I need a quick answer.

After requesting scores, I believe they take a couple/a few days to say “sent”. It’s electronic so I would imagine it gets there instantly after it’s sent. Most schools accept electronic scores as official and most schools do not have a hard deadline and you could send them after the deadline anyway. Calm down, everything’s cool.

Great, thanks. Now I can relax. I just checked and the scores I ordered to be sent to Colby on Jan 2 were sent on the 8th. Still a little worried abt. Kenyon, though. It is the 13th, and the scores that are due on the 15th are still pending.

Also keep in mind that colleges are still receiving thousands of applications and the other paperwork so it’ll still take them a while to file it and get everything in order. It’s not like on the 15th they are going to not accept anymore as long as you have your app and supplement (if applicable) in on time. Don’t worry. =)
