Hey,

I was wondering how much schooling is required for someone who wants to get into management in engineering. My guess is that it will be 6 (4 years undergrad, 2 years MBA), but am I missing something?

Also, what are the industries in which:

Management is in high demand.

Are paid most (I know its superficial, but I’m jw)

thanks a lot!

The only thing I can tell you is that MBA programs want to see at least 2 years of work experience usually. There are exceptions, but before you can get into an MBA program you will need to have had a job. But yes, 4 (or 5) years undergrad then 2 to finish a full time MBA.

It would take some time.
You would probably need an MBA and experience.

Maybe....10 to 12 years after earning your B.S. (minimum)

its not going to happen in your 20s though, i'm mostly sure.
