How long to study/prepare for GMAT as a full-time student?

<p>the gmat is not trivial for the vast majority of people that take it (though this may not apply to people who get unsolicited offers from schools that dont exist), for someone like the original poster, I would recommend taking a course and doing as many practice problems/tests as possible (become intimately familiar with the exam questions and format). 8 weeks is a reasonable time frame.
