How long will a college retain an applicant's test scores?

I'm a high school senior who has decided to go to a community college and transfer after one or two years.

My ACT score is currently 31. I would like to retake it in June. If I ask to have ACT send the scores to the colleges I'm interested in, will they still be on record in two years?

And if I decide to reapply to colleges I've been rejected by this year, will I need to resend them my scores, or will they have them still?

Thank you.

Your ACT scores will still be available for sending.

The colleges you apply to can give you the best information about how long they keep admissions records. Ask them.
