US History, Euro History, Civics/Government, Statistics (until this year), Calc AB, Chemistrty, Bio, Physics, English Lang + Lit, Spanish + French Lang, Art History, Psychology...and I think that's it. So that makes 14 this year, 15 with Statistics last year. I go to a large public school (about 3500 kids). My school is more IB oriented, so some of these classes are considered AP/IB ,but aren't really geared toward preparing for the AP test. For example, in AP/IB Spanish this year, we have about 35 kids in my class, and I'd say 25 of them are IB diploma candidates. We spend a lot more time doing practice IB exams than we do on practicing AP material, and a lot of times AP kids sit around and do nothing while IB kids complete things for their diploma requirements that AP kids don't need to do...but of course I can't complain too much about that :).

We only have 3! :-( I'm at a smaller prep school...I'm so jealous of you who can take a whole year or even TWO of APs! We have chem (jr year), calc (sr year), and english (sr year). I'll be taking all of them b/c its the best i can do...

AP Bio, AP Chem, AP Physics C, AP Physics B, AP Cal BC, AP Cal AB, AP Statistics, AP Spanish Language, AP Spanish Lit, AP English Lang, AP English Lit, AP French Lit, AP French Lang, AP Java, AP Micro, AP Macro, AP Macro/Micro combined course, AP Gov, AP Euro, AP U.S., AP World, AP Art History, AP Art Studio, AP Psychology, AP Italian, AP Latin Vergil

Yea, but no one really takes the crazy amount some people on CC mention taking. Junior year - about 3 max. Senior year - some do 4, a select few do five.
APs are extremely hard at my school, but it all works it since a lot of people get 5's.
An AP Gov teacher was walking around junior U.S. history classes, talking about AP Gov (most take AP Gov senior year). His exact quote was "Some days you will get 3-4 hours of homework, but it is a very interesting discussion-orinented class."
