Approximately how many AP classes does your school offer? and how many do you plan on taking?

As of last year, five.

I've already taken two, and I plan on taking two more.

my school offers 8

i will be done with 5 when i finish hs

I counted 22 from my school website list of classes. Some AP's might not have been listed too, and next year they are adding a new one i think, but at least 20 for my school. Not bad at all.

My schools offers any AP class willing to be taken by at least 3 students. Usually only about 8-10 APs run each year. AP Spanish had 4 students this year.

school offers 14 AP classes, and have taken 6 of them as of this year. I plan to take 4 more next year, making it 10/14.

school offers 13 Ap classes and im gonna take 3 in my junior year and 3 my senior year totalling 6 Ap classes..

5/5 for my school

2/3 for my school. Note: We have the IB program too.

When I graduate, I will have taken 11/16.

7/8 with 2 self study, maybe 3

AP Spanish had 2 people this year, will probably have 2 next year. The way the teacher grades, is that whoever gets a lower grade, even if both grades are A's, 1 gets a B for the year, 1 gets an A. And listen to this, the 2 kids that are taking it next year (1 guy, 1 girl)..BOTH of their sisters graduated a couple years ago as valedictorians. It's gonna be so damn cut throat. The teacher wanted me to take it, and then I told her I'm taking like 4 APs next year and she was like "oh..well I guess you don't have time for it in your schedule"...there is no way I'm takin a class like that, I'd go crazy by the end of the year. That's the only AP I'm NOT taking, espanol. Plus all this crazy stuff happened so my espanol level for someone who's taken honors level 3 is on the low end.

My school offered 5. I took all of them.

4/8 plus 4 independent study of subjects not offered because I really don't want to take German, Spainish, Art, and Physics.

hm. looking at these replies, my school isn't that bad. hehe.
For the # of APs taking (an overused thread topic) to a simple search and you'll get TONNES of results

My school offers 10. 6 are required. I have 5 done; I'll probably graduate with 8, hopefully 9 if I somehow convince my counselor to let me take two ap sciences (which are only allowed to be taken in senior year).

10/21 offered, 1 self studied (not offered), by graduation

have 22 at my school,

so far...17/22, rising junior, so hoping I'll finish up

17 offered. I'll end up taking 9 of those, along with 3 independently studied ones and 3 self-studied ones.

13 offered:
Literature and Comp
Language and Comp
Psychology
European History
US History
World History
US Government and Politics
Macroeconomics
Calculus
Statistics
Music Theory
Biology
Spanish

9 taken:
All but Music Theory, Calc, Euro, and Psych

Next year they'll introduce Chem, so it's up to 14 APs

My school offers maybe 14. By the time I graduate i will have taken 8 but it isnt possible to have taken them all because you have to be in a certain grade to take certain ones and there is only space for 4 a year, assuming that you take one in each core subject. Put it this way, I have the heaviest AP couseload available.

Soph---
Euro Hist.

Jr---
US Hist
Lang
Psych
Physics

Sr---
Physics
Calc
Stat
Lit
Computer Science
Macro.

and they offer other ones (Chem, Bio, Spanish Lit) if they have an available teacher and high demand (around 15 kids)
