How many EAs you can admit?

Uhh, excepting that if warblersrule is right, Columbia is the only school I know so far to allow ED applicants to apply under any other early program elsewhere. The huge majority of application cases definitely restrict you to that single ED and nowhere else early if you choose to be under a binding program.

Duke

Pomona

I can list plenty more, if you like. The "I agree to withdraw all applications if admitted" agreement kind of gives it away, not to mention the fact that several colleges specifically mention EA as acceptable.

Princeton (ED obsolete) and Brown are the only two I know of that specifically forbid EA.

Warblers - I think most ED programs allow you to apply EA/RD to other programs, just not ED. A Binding ED applicant at one school may not apply to another Binding ED school, but they may apply non-binding EA/RD to any other school. The listings below confirm this.

i don't think the ED school is the problem. When visiting many colleges who had an early action program, they were the ones that said that if you were applying to an ED school than they would not accept your Early Action application. So, if you're doing both, you should check the policy of both schools not just the ED school because ultimately it would be the EA school that would get the short end of the stick, not the ED school.

Penn allows you to apply to other EA schools if you do ED there...
I know that if you do Georgetown EA, you're allowed to do other EAs but not ED

Well, does anyone know what happens if someone applies ED for more than one school and get accepted by both?

Maximum Ownage!!!!!

The person would probably get their admission from both the schools rescinded (because of a breach of contract)

hahahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

You can apply to a lot EA. One of my friends applied to every one of his 5 schools EA
