How many hours should i study per Credit hour

I am an incoming freshman and I want to know If the standard 1 credit hour -> 3 hours of studying per week still applies here.

Depends on the classes and the person - calculus and chemistry and physics may take more study time per credit hour than English and psychology or vice versa.

What classes/credits do you plan to take in fall?

Introduction to Speech Composition COM ARTS 100
Algebra MATH 112
Exercise, Nutrition, and Health KINES 100
Introduction to Comparative Ethnic Studies CHICLA 102

Honestly, it’s how much time it takes you to do your homework, to study concepts you’re no so confident about, and extra studying during test time.

It doesn’t hurt to allocate 2-3 hours per credit for study time. You will need to study to do the work/master the material and not just by the clock, however. Having a plan that prioritizes course work then finding time for fun is a good way to start college. Much better than planning to take advantage of the myriads of activities available and finding you are behind in course work. Hard to catch up- make it a point to keep ahead of the game. There will always be more opportunities to have fun if you miss some.
