Okay, so heres the thing. I took a practice test this morning. I got a 4 on it. But i feel a bit cheated. I believe i should have gotten a 5. I scored way too low on the free response because the questions were ridiculously off. I compared them to the 2005 FRQ questions. the 2005 FRQ are way easier (just the descriptive chem part might be harder on the real thing). So, i think i should have a 5. The book i used was Kaplan. I also used PR and got a 5 on their Free Response. So how many of you feel like you're being vaguely mislead by your prep books?

lol many books suck; if you feel they suck then dont use them!

for the SATs all of my prep books sucked. lol. (or it could have just been me)

Why should it matter how hard the FR was, everyone had the same FR. If it was a Easy FR then everyone that got a 5 would of done even better.

I cant NOT use books :[ Sux cuz all the books only give 2 practice tests. Lol funny story, i got one off my teacher, exhausted it, then got a PR 2008, used up one of 2 tests (preserving last one for tonight).. then went to the Penn bookstore, got the Kaplan one, took the 2 tests. I ll return that one tho lol.

well its better to be over prepared....y'know?
at least you're not going into the test thinking you're going to get a 5 because you aced so and so's practice exam and then wind up getting a 3.

well true. Why cant there be an "official guide to the AP chemistry exam" like there is one for the SAT! Blue book where are you!!
