How many students really participate in "The RECORD" directory?

<p>Neither my parents nor I are interested in it and I'm glad it's not mandatory. </p>

<p>But, I'm curious: do most new students participate in this publication? </p>

<p>The printer's reply to this question is "The RECORD is a popular tradition. Our goal is 100% participation," which makes me wonder how many students really participate.......</p>
