How much do SAT Subject tests affect admissions?

Most schools I'm applying to require SAT Subject tests : 1 math and 1 science.

I've scored incredibly low on my SAT Biology test (below 600's). It was the only science I could take because my school never offered Physics so there's no point in taking the Physics Subject test and my schedule worked out to where I've had to take Chemistry 1 this semester of my senior year so I did not feel that one semester of Chemistry would have prepared me for the Chem Subject Test. I took 1 semester Biology in 10th grade and had to try to learn everything over again by myself.

I have a decent math subject test score in math 1 and 2. Also, my ACT score is decent as well.

Will schools reject me because of my low Biology score?

Also, I plan to major in Computer Science, where my knowledge in Biology would not matter.

This just depends if the other aspects of your application are sufficiently strong enough for the schools to overlook your low biology score.

What schools are we talking about here and what are your actual scores on the SAT and both subject tests? What science class did you take in 11th grade?
