How much do you make an hour at your job? and where?

Law Office: 0..unpaid internship
Surgery Center: 0..unpaid internship

Yes....I do get volunteer hours though, maybe.

Sigh I'm at le law office right now, we ran out of labels so I have a break from filing.

8 dollars an hour!
I work at Kumon.

iwaswalking - sorry about the stingy pay. im working for warren buffet, but you know -- he's even worse... only worth 2nd most in the world.

$8/hr working as a gate guard at a beach club. It's pretty sweet... Just sitting there 8 hours a day, doing nothing, and getting paid for it.

$10/hr, but then again it's a family store, so I don't have to pay taxes

$15/hr as a tutor for a local agency, and somehow I don't pay taxes either :]

Hm, seeing all these higher pays makes me want to ask for a raise. Haha, yeah right...seriously, who asks for a raise during an internship?

I don't have a job. :(

Jeez, I make ABOVE minimum wage at $7.75 an hour. But I'll probably get a raise in October.

I work at Barnes and Noble in the cafe. It's a pretty sweet deal, but it's hard work sometimes. Plus I have to deal with many a stupid customer... there are nice customers, too, of course, but they don't ask questions like "Are there nuts in the toffee almond bar?"

I can't make this stuff up.

7/h at Sbarro.
20/h violin lessons
50ish at weddings.

6.50 an hour....I work as a lifeguard.

Wow.
I think the dumbest question I've received was while I was working in Disney World:
"What time does the 12'oclock parade start?"

I was asked this every single day.

cool! disney world! but its amazing people that slow can pull it together to make a vacation down there in the first place.

It's probably not people being slow, but people being distracted by a bunch of things at once. That stuff happens to me all the time, albeit in a less extreme way.

100/hr to instigate other CCers

^total bs.

I have a friend working there now and she is so sick of that question.

I do like my job (30% off books and 50% off cafe? Heck yes!) but some people... grah!

10/hour for training my friends'/random peoples' characters in games. I'm usually gaming and train efficiently in many games so it's worthwhile. Nowadays, though, I'm not doing it...

$8/hour for babysitting
$28/hour for tutoring

Not bad, I say, not bad at all.

^That tutoring price sounds really good. What/who do you tutor?
