How much does b-school cost?

Say I get into a top-5 business school, and it's located in a big city, like Boston or Chicago. Not counting opportunity cost, how much can I expect to shell out altogether over the 2-year period, including tuition, living expenses, b-school activities, etc.? Would 200 grand be a reasonable estimate? If so, how do people usually finance it? Are student loans harder to get for b-schools now that Obama is president? It would really suck if I got into my dream school and then found out that I couldn't afford it.

Thank you in advance.

These are basic questions that can be answered on the schools’ websites.

For Kellogg you’re looking at about 70K a year.

Thank you for the responses so far. I probably should’ve been more clear in my original post. The main question I had was how people finance their b-school eduction. How much scholarship/financial aid do schools usually give out? How easy is it to get loans? How much cash should you have saved up? Stuff like that. Right now, I don’t even have half of 200k saved up. How can I get/borrow the rest of the money?

This is what I have found:
Some scholarships available.
Some work-study jobs.
$20,500 per year from Stafford Loans.
Grad Plus loans or private loans.
Funding by a current employer for a part-time program.

Son’s dual-degree program is about $50K over two years, not including living expenses.
