How much does UCR cost per year?

I was looking up the tuition costs at UCR and it says “In-state 13,527 USD, Out-of-state 38,235 USD
2016–17” but does that mean 13k per quarter or for the whole year?

$13.5K for the school year, excluding summer.

I got the financial package, I am in state and my parents own a house, so with the dorm it is about 37 000$/year. I don’t get scholarship/grant, but I can get student loan.Some other private school offer me some scholarship , so much more cheaper!
