how much harder to get into is sfs than just the college

above question please

thanks

Experience says that SFS is harder to get into, but the statistics say Georgetown College is about the same difficulty to get in. SFS looks for different talents, like skill in a foreign language, that the college won’t care about, so it is harder in that way.

Any other opinions? What is SFS looking for besides language ability? Politically-inclined people of course …

dude none of us know what exactly a college or school wants, it depends on what they’re looking for their incoming class. Their might be 10 people with the same exact stats who all speak chinese and play the clarinet, and they can only take a couple of those. I gather they want worldy, language oriented people, seeing as it is a foreign service school.
