Like if you apply to good schools, not ivies, but good schools.....how much money does your parents have to make in order to qualify to receive the financial aid package.....not FAFSA....I'm talking about need-based aid.????

The only thing that the FAFSA does is qualify a person fro federal aid; pell grants, seog, academic achievement grant, stafford loans (subsdized /unsubsidized) and perkins loans.

most schools that give large amounts of institutional aid use the CSS profile in conjunction with the FAFSA to determine need. Each school may may have a different criteria for how hey distribute their money.

Less than $50,000 a year for a family of four.

Well, it really depends on the school and their funds. Perhaps check the school's website or ask their financial aid officer.
