How much value does Rutgers put on Grade Trends?

My weighted GPA is 3.927, but my junior year weighted GPA was only 3.594 because i got C+ in Pre-Calc Honors and Physics Honors. I am still in top ten percent of my class (42/418). Also, will my low grades in physics and pre-calc be scrutinized more because I put my academic interest as computer science? Finally, does Rutgers look at senior year grades? I am doing much better in AP Calc AB than pre-calc honors.

Stats:
ACT: 30 (30 science, 31 english, 32 reading, 28 math)
SAT: 1990 (630 reading, 680 math, 680 writing)

I did take a very rigorous junior year schedule that consisted of 3 AP’s and 2 honors

They only care about your final GPA weighted. They have no time to look through ever course you have taken. They dk look at senior year grsdes, but the really mainly care about the SAT/ACT score. You will get accepted, most likely w/o a scholarship depending on the applicant pool.
