<p>Season tickets for Men's Hockey are available but I don't know if they are worth buying. I wanted to know if the "stadium" gets packed for the games.</p>
<p>They were champions last year and are ranked #2 or #1 in the country!!</p>
<p>...well, I will be arriving in Madison on August 24th, so I'm wondering if it would be too risky to wait until then to buy the tickets (are they most likely to be selled-out).</p>
<p>basically, how popular are the games and does a lot of student go?</p>

<p>Very very popular. Average about 12,000/game --most in US. Fun crowds too.</p>
<p>I got the mens hockey tickets last year. It was a bit much to have season tickets, considering you end up having about 2 games a weekend. I suggest getting the tickets with another person and splitting them, friday - saturday. This works better and the games become less redundant. They used to sell the season tickets in friday - saturday batches, but I don't believe they do anymore.</p>
