For the Hill school it says online, but I haven’t gotten any log in info yet. Is your admission decision on the website you used to submit the application or will it be sent? When looking around their website I got the vibe that it would be mailed despite what I’ve seen here on CC.

I should know this, because my son goes there, but I can’t remember how he was notified, if you can believe it. Maybe the lesson is that a few years down the road, the stress that everyone is feeling right now will be a distant memory. That said, my son this year applied directly through the school’s website, so he already has a login and password for his file. I would send the school an email, or call the admissions office for more info. Best of luck to everyone!

paobs thanks! I think they are on spring break so I’m not sure if they’ll respond, but its worth a try.

Does anyone know when St. George’s is releasing their decisions?

here is the email we received on Feb 7 from exeter:

Members of the Ten Schools Admission Organization (TSAO) will send
official notification of decision results on March 10, 2012. By
agreement, these ten schools will not fax or give decisions on the
telephone at that time. For more information about TSAO’s policy
regarding communications, please see
http://www.exeter.edu/documents/TSAO_notice.pdf. If you have not
received your admission decision email or letter by March 15, you are
invited to contact us to learn our decision

when we had our interview, we asked AO in person and she said the notice will be out on 3/10. I don’t know why everybody on cc th thinkst of 3/9

[Ten Schools: Letter to Parents](<a href=“Ten Schools: Letter to Parents”>Ten Schools: Letter to Parents)

Mom8dad-- This is the same thing, except it says March 9, It is from the TSAO Website, but I also got emails from some of the TSAO schools with a link to this – those said march 9, too. i also know from other emails that St. Pauls, Choate, Taft, Hotchkiss, and MIddlesex( which isn’t a TSAO school) are definitely doing March 9.

Mom8dad; also note that in the link you posted, it says Jan. 2012, not 2013

^ he or she beat me to it

I don’t want to add this to the list because I’m not 100% sure, but last year Andover either sent out emails or posted the admission status somewhere online for international students.

Does anyone know if Andover applicants be able to see the admission decision on their MyAndover account?

@mom8dad - Exeter first sent out the 2012 TSAO letter. I don’t remember if they sent the updated one, or I saw it on the ten schools website.
So, I realize this question has probably been asked way too many times, but will acceptance mail for Andover also arrive on the 9th?

Wow. Erm. I actually have no idea. There are a lot of rumors going around about Andover’s mailing system.

Hm, interesting. Thanks for the info, I’ll try my best to dig something up!

Tell when you do get an answer; I’m curious as well! :)

So if Andover mails the acceptance letters by fedex, then it will probably definitely get to the destination on the say they want it to. But since they regular mail waitlists/ rejections, then isn’t there a chance that it won’t get there on the day it is supposed to, and that it will get there later???

For the past few years, Andover has shipped acceptances via FedEx to arrive on decision day while waitlists and denials were mailed on decision day, getting there a few days later. They will tell you that nothing is mailed until decision day, but that obviously isn’t true.

This was true even last year, when d day was also a Saturday.

@neatoburrito: That’s…nice. So when I don’t get any notices from Andover this Saturday, I’ll know what’s happened!
