How strict is UCR with major prereqs for transfers?

I applied as a transfer student from a community college, as a computer science major. I’ve completed all IGETC, but have only completed 5/7 major prereqs. Is not having all major prereqs completed a deal breaker? Or is UCR a lenient at all?

I’m missing 4 major requirements for Biochemistry and got accepted. So I guess it depends
