LOL akluftxcl!

don't believe that it's impossible to gain weight because of your metabolism or physical activity, MrHappyFace. gaining weight is primarily about nutrition -- taking more calories in than you expend (genetics too, but you aren't going to mess with your hormones, etc). the type of weight that you gain depends upon your level of activity and nutrition. therefore, my advice would be to increase your caloric intake by about 200 CLEAN (protein, good fats and non-refined carbs) calories per week until you begin to notice weight gain of roughly 1lb/week. this rate is enough so that it will be mostly muscle that you are putting on. however, as a competitive swimmer, you would probably be more interested in building explosive power in your muscles rather than becoming both bigger and stronger. of course, not everyone is up to eating so much more than they do now and adhering to strict dietary regulation.

get an expensive professional trainer and when he gives you "vitamins" to take, don't ask, just take. its not against the rules if you don't know you're doing it.

hmm... let's hear this from Gaston (that bad-ass guy from Disney's Beauty and the Beast):

"When I was a lad I ate four dozen eggs every morning to help me get large--- And now that I'm grown I eat five dozen eggs so I'm roughly the size of a barge"

That pretty much answers your question. Eggs. Eat 48-60 eggs every morning.

CAUTION: I won't take any responsibility for the consequence of this process.

Roids Roids Roids
