I am a current undergrad and I was wondering how to qualify for money from top law schools?
Top law schools (T14) give little if any need or merit grants. Be prepared to sign a lot of loan agreements
Apply to Duke or another school in the lower part of the top tier and have grades and LSAT scores way above the school’s medians.
T14s give plenty of merit scholarships (of varying amounts). If you have grades at least around median and can manage an LSAT at or above the school’s 75th percentile, you’re probably looking at some good money.
Not true. HYS provide only need-grants; all others offer merit money. To ‘earn’ it, you need high numbers: GPA+LSAT, over the school’s medians, and preferably at least one number over the 75th.
