How to make an Econ degree look less like Social Studies

I'm currently battling an internal conflict regarding the amount of math I should take during my four years. My school only requiees Calc 1, 3 (not 2), and Intro Stat. I placed out of Calc do I would only have to take two, math courses. That seems kinda weak for someone who has math as a strong suit.

Now I know analysts don't use advanced math, but I one won't be an analyst forever. One might not even be in IB forever, and move to a more quantitative field.

The Columbia Core will be more than enough literature/art for me, and I'll have adequate space for some polisci/psych/etc courses I might like.

I guess what I'm asking is what kind of math/stat courses would be good to consider? Linear Algebra? Regression Analysis? Any others? Thank you.
