How to pay for an additional SAT Subject test you took?

Hello, this is my first time here and I have a question.
So I registered for SAT Math Level 2 and US History but on the test day I decided to take Math Level 1 also? So how will I get billed for the additional test? Additionally, will I get the score for Math Level 1 on the same day as the other tests?

They just emailed me a receipt a few days after. I’ve heard it can take a few months but they will eventually call or email to bill you, don’t sweat it
