How to raise SAT scores in a month?

I'm a rising junior and my parents are expecting a lot from me. My siblings both scored 1400+ on the old SAT scale without the writing section. The problem is that my parents expect more of me than they did of my siblings. My SAT scores just don't cut it for them. I took cb's official practice test the other day and scored a 1950 (630 r, 650 m, and 670 w with a 12 essay.) my mom told me the other day that she expects me to score at least a 700 in math (my sister, who isn't good at math, scored a 650). i only have about a month to study, as school starts early. and i really wanna get national semifinalist, which I don't think is out of reach (i live in west virginia, so the cutoff is really low.) My critical reading score is already maxed out, but I'd like to score about perfect on math and writing. i have the kaplan sat premier book, but honestly, it's too much crap to sift through. are there any prep books that you would recommend that would raise my math and writing scores to 800? and i have about an hour a day, which gives me 30 hours to study. is this a reachable goal?

Use Baron’s SAT Prep book. (Not the 2400: Aiming for the Perfect Score one, that one’s dung)

Math should be fairly easy to score a perfect score. Just keep in mind that anything on there can be solved without a calculator. Plug choices back into the questions since it’s multiple choice. Practice each day so you’ll get used to the questions

Writing - Baron’s SAT book gives great grammar rules on what is tested. Know what to look for and you’ll be prepared.
