I'm a to-be junior attempting to begin preparation for the SAT. I'm most nervous about the essay portion as I don't know how exactly to 'practice' writing them, and most classes/tutors seem to focus on the multiple choice/correct answers part of the test. I didn't do so hot on the Mock SAT's essay section -- I got about halfway through and it really dragged down my score..
Tom Clements's How to Write a Killer SAT Essay has received very positive reviews on Amazon and I'm thinking about purchasing it. Does anyone have any firsthand experience w/ the book that they could share? Is it any help?
