How will the recently passed budget affect financial aid for fall 2011 or 2012?

<p>For those who know whats actually in the budget? I've did some research and what I got out was that the will affect fall 2012 (which makes sense because it too late to affect 2011). pell grant will still have the max 5550 but there wont be year round pell grant? Am I right or did I totally misunderstood what I read? Is there any other impact?</p>

<p>I saw on the news tonight that the summer Pell grants were being eliminated, but the other grants will still have the max of $5500</p>
