How would colleges look at me?

Hey guys,

So, I'm new to this website. I always go on here to see what people are talking about and I discovered there are people on here that have a lot of experience on college stats and applications. For the past couple of months, I've been crazily stressed out about whether or not I will get into a UC. My top choices are UCLA (of course), UCI, UCSD, & UCB. Here is some information I was thinking about including in my application. Any feedback is appreciated! Please feel free to share any stories/experiences you or a friend has had. I just want to get an idea of where I stand. I'm also a transfer student

MAJOR: Sociology/ Gender Roles (UCLA)

GPA: At the end of the fall semester I will have a 3.2-3.4

EXTRA ACTIVITIES: I do work part time, I also have been volunteering at homeless and women shelters for a few years, & volunteered at a hospital. I have also started up an organization to help kids learn about domestic violence against women/children. I take these kids to various shelters and have them make 'daily care' bags we pass out to the homeless. I also have recently started going to elementary and middle schools as a guest speaker to explain our faith/religion (many of the kids, esp boys, that belong to our faith are bullied because they wear turbans and are called terrorists). I also teach at our sunday school at our temple. There are many other activities that share the same theme.

I also had a bad semester (2.5 semester GPA) because it was very difficult for me to balance everything I do.

What is my standing?!
Any feedback is appreciated!

Looking at your GPA, I think it will be extremely difficult for you to get into any of those schools.

Raise the GPA and youll be fine. U better have amazing SAT scores to compensate. Colleges dont like it when u cant balance activites and work so dont use that as ur excuse
